“Actually talking about it and having everything laid out before me gave me a way to deal with the pressures and stress. It wasn’t a jumbled mess anymore. The stress was still there, but I have a way to deal with it now.”
“It was good to have someone to talk to. It takes the stress off your back! It’s cool having someone that is understanding and doesn’t judge or run off and tell everyone.”
“It’s nice to talk to someone who isn’t your teacher, friend, or parent who you can just talk to without being judged… being open and just talking about my life and what’s going on or getting advice or figuring out small daily struggles.”
